Baby, October ran in and ran right back out. I feel as if October was a calm month. Plenty of graduation planning and A LOT of locking in on school.

The month started off with the beginning of my new job. It is cool so far! It deals with fashion and merchandising, which is not my specialty, but I enjoy being exposed to and learning about various aspects of business. Just to be versed in varying ways. Not going to lie, my last homecoming was meh. While I had the chance to participate in most of the events, I cannot help but feel like my homecoming could have been better. I have noticed that my homecoming experiences - excluding COVID year - have been lacking. Besides that, I did enjoy myself and homecoming season.

October was a heavy graduation planning month! As I imagine next month will be as well. I took my cap and gown pictures - which came out beautifully - along with taking personal graduation photos, creating my invitations, and planning events after the commencement ceremony. I am really looking forward to graduating and moving on to the next chapter in my life. I recognize how serious life is becoming for me and I am trying not to be scared but embrace the change and face new challenges head on.

All in all, October was a vibe! Senioritis began to kick in, but it is a fight I am taking day by day. Getting this degree by any means possible! I am ecstatic to see what November holds.
